SmartBug seeks a CRM Strategist to lead complex HubSpot implementations, aligning RevOps with client goals and delivering measurable revenue growth. You will architect native integrations, manage data schemas, and build sophisticated dashboards.

You will translate business needs into scalable HubSpot configurations, mentor CRM specialists, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client results, with remote work flexibility.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience building complex HubSpot solutions.
• Proven experience with the HubSpot software suite and a deep understanding of the HubSpot ecosystem.
• RevOps design experience for lead-to-cash, forecasting, and attribution.
• Integration fluency with external tech stacks and data syncs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multi-priority management.
• Experience delivering high client satisfaction in a remote role.
• HubSpot Trainer Certification across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Revenue Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale, high-complexity HubSpot implementations aligned with client goals.
• Identify and recommend complementary services; provide scoping, quotes, and direction for implementation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot configurations for marketing, sales, and service hubs.
• Design data schemas, custom objects, and property mappings for RevOps.
• Build RevOps dashboards and lead-to-cash workflows demonstrating ROI.
• Provide client training and ongoing support; ensure data governance and hygiene.
