Job summary

demandDrive is seeking a RevOps Engineer to own client CRM engagements end to end, from discovery through blueprint, build, and ROI reporting. You will manage 85% client work and 15% internal HubSpot support, ensuring data quality and scalable configurations across multiple clients.

You will lead discovery, blueprint sign-off, and build out in HubSpot, using Claude Code, HubSpot CLI, and MCPs to deliver repeatable, secure deployments.

Qualifications

• HubSpot CRM expert with hands-on sales and marketing hub experience.
• Builder mindset: uses Claude Code, CLIs, MCPs for repeatable builds.
• Knowledge of HubSpot Data Hub, data quality automation, and enrichment workflows.
• Experience with CLI tooling, MCP servers, and agent-based automation.
• Familiarity with Attio or Salesforce as optional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and document current-state processes, data sources, and gaps.
• Prioritize business-critical requests that move pipeline and revenue.
• Write the build blueprint covering object model, lifecycle stages, and reporting plan.
• Architect and build the CRM foundation in HubSpot with customization and pipelines.
• Build with CLI-first approach using Claude Code, HubSpot CLI, and MCPs.
• Consolidate, deduplicate, standardize data and enable data quality automation.
• Design attribution models and dashboards to forecast performance.
• Incorporate AI agents and governance for safe CRM changes.
• Deliver enablement with training, documentation, and post-launch support.
• Maintain documentation for client HubSpot instances.
