Job summary

demandDrive, LLC is seeking a RevOps Engineer to own client CRM engagements end to end, from discovery to ROI reporting, with 85% client work and 15% internal HubSpot support.

You will build CRM foundations in HubSpot, design object models, lifecycle stages and reporting, and script configuration with Claude Code, HubSpot CLI, and MCP servers. A strong business mindset helps prioritize requests that move the needle and drive pipeline for diverse B2B clients.

Qualifications

• Deep HubSpot Sales/Marketing (and maybe Service) experience with custom objects and lifecycle design.
• Ability to architect CRM foundations and property architecture.
• Experience scripting configurations and migrations with CLI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and workshops to document current processes and gaps.
• Prioritize requests to move pipeline and revenue.
• Build CRM blueprint including object model and reporting plan.
• Architect and implement HubSpot CRM foundations and multi-pipeline processes.
• Automate builds via Claude Code, HubSpot CLI, and MCP servers.
• Manage data consolidation, deduplication, and data quality automation.
• Design attribution models and forecasting dashboards for ROI.
• Provide enablement and documentation for client system owners.
