Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee package handlers, lead safety initiatives, and drive performance across the department. The role emphasizes training, coaching, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will develop and implement personal development plans, ensure proper orientation and ongoing safety training, and foster a positive, collaborative team culture while complying with OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred: Management experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, complying with OSHA requirements.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
