Job summary

UPS is seeking a capable supervisor to lead our Package Handlers, training and developing teams while maintaining high safety, production and attendance standards.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety policies, boosting accuracy and efficiency, and promoting a collaborative, proactive work culture across departments. This role requires strong communication and leadership in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Ensure department safety, accuracy, and efficiency in line with OSHA requirements.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment and promote continual improvement.
• Provide orientation, skills and safety training; coach staff for ongoing development.
