Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains workgroups in safety, production and attendance.
• Maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, service and safety.
• Leads with proactive communication and inter-departmental cooperation.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
• Ensures orientation, training, and regular evaluations for staff.
