UPS is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train teams, and uphold safety, productivity, and attendance standards. You will lead cross-functional efforts to maintain accuracy, customer service, and organized operations.

This role emphasizes safety compliance, staff development, and proactive communication across shifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and management experience is valued.

Formación

• Must have ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs.
• Ability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent - preferred.
• Management experience - preferred.
