Job summary

UPS is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead Package Handlers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will train, develop, and coach workgroups to meet safety, productivity, and attendance goals, while upholding UPS standards and policies.

You will establish a positive team culture, ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, and collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement and accurate operations. This role requires physical capability and flexible shift availability.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred: Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Ensures employees adhere to safety policies and procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Leads a positive, team-oriented environment and promotes continuous improvement.
• Implements employee development plans and conducts regular evaluations and coaching.
