Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent; management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work flexible shifts.
• Strong oral and written communication; experience in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Supervise package handlers and train/develop workgroups for safety, production, and attendance.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA compliance at all times.
• Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment and provide coaching and orientation for personnel.
• Support continual improvement across the department.
