Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups accountable for safety, production and attendance.
• Maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Provide leadership and foster collaboration across all levels of the organization.
• Implement personal development plans to support ongoing growth of department personnel.
• Ensure orientation, training, materials and regular evaluations for all department employees.
