Job summary

UPS is seeking a professional to supervise Package Handlers and lead teams in safety, production, and attendance. You will set high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and cooperation while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety policies, training, and proactive coaching; managing resources for maximum output; and developing staff through orientation and performance evaluations in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred
