Job summary

Arkansas Northeastern College seeks a Corporate Manager of Safety and Environmental to lead HSE programs across construction sites and field services. You will partner with project teams to integrate safety into planning, oversee risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a safety, environmental health, engineering, construction management, industrial technology or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive HSE experience in construction, heavy industrial, commercial environments.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing HSE programs and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of HSE management systems across multiple projects.
• Develop site-specific safety plans, risk assessments, JHAs and safe work procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and client requirements; oversee contractor safety performance.
• Manage contractor prequalification, onboarding and audits; track training compliance.
• Develop and deliver HSE training and mentor safety professionals.
• Maintain OSHA recordkeeping and regulatory reporting; support audits and inspections.
