Job summary

MMR Group, Inc. is seeking an HSE Project Coordinator for our Morrilton, AR site to oversee safety programs on a large-scale project.

The role includes developing training, maintaining the HSE system, and supporting on-site safety across multiple teams. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five years in HSE management on large projects, and possess OSHA certifications such as OSHA 500 and OSHA 510 or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Five years of HSE management on large scale projects.
• Experience developing and implementing safety training programs.
• Familiarity with regulatory agency training and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, and implement safety training programs as needed and/or required.
• Implement, track, and monitor MMR's HSE Management System.
• Conduct training throughout the company and support the corporate safety department's training plan.
• Maintain the training database and provide safety support to all jobsites.
• Perform field audits and on-site retraining as required.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed by all employees and conduct safety meetings.
• Attend safety training and stay up to date on regulatory standards.
