ENFRA Solutions is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee safety for our Business Unit projects, ensuring a safe, healthy work environment and regulatory compliance. The role involves leading safety training, daily inspections, and coordination with the HSE Director.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety and has at least 7 years of construction safety experience, including on-site supervision and trainer credentials.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related technical field.
• 7 years of construction experience.
• 1 year of on-site safety experience.
• OSHA Outreach Trainer certification.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED Trainer certification.
• Working knowledge of government regulations and industrial hygiene.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct training and influence behavior.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Participates in developing and conducting field safety orientation training.
• Daily inspection of machinery, equipment, and working conditions for safety and regulatory compliance.
• Supervises use of safety equipment and PPE on site.
• Inspects areas for fire safety equipment and first-aid provisions.
• Tests work areas for hazards and documents findings with corrective actions.
• Investigates accidents to determine root causes and preventive measures.
• Assists in developing safety plans and SHMP/PSSP documents.
• Conducts weekly safety meetings and safety training for workers.
