Job summary

PCL Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE) Coordinator to promote a strong safety culture on industrial construction projects.

You will collaborate with project teams to implement and maintain project-specific HSE programs, ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards. The role involves hazard identification, risk mitigation, field inspections, supporting incident prevention initiatives, monitoring corrective

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
• At least 18 months working as an HSE Coordinator.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Compliance with all PCL policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Pass a pre-employment physical examination, DOT and/or Non-DOT drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and assisting with the implementation of project-specific HSE plan and requirements.
• Providing project team with project specific information and statistics to develop trends and action plans.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of hazard ID tools (Job Hazard Analysis).
• Conducting and documenting project HSE inspections.
• Verifying corrective actions are implemented.
