Job summary

ENFRA LLC in West Memphis, AR is seeking an experienced HSE Specialist Sr to help supervise project safety and maintain a healthy work environment. You will coordinate safety efforts and report findings to the HSE Manager and Director.

The role requires 7+ years of construction safety experience, OSHA 30, and on-site safety credentials; travel 5-10% to job sites. You will lead safety training, incident investigations, and develop SHMP/PSSP plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience.
• 3 years of on-site safety experience.
• OSHA 30hr card for Construction Industry.
• Certifications: CSP/ASP/CHST/OHST or similar, or EHS degree.
• First Aid/CPR/AED training completed.
• Safety regulations knowledge and hazard control methods.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask on fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct field safety orientation training.
• Daily inspection of machinery, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with regulations and safe practices.
• Observe workers to ensure proper use of PPE such as glasses, helmets, and respirators.
• Inspect fire-prevention equipment and first-aid supplies.
• Test work areas for hazard exposures using testing equipment.
• Prepare daily report of findings with corrective action recommendations.
• Investigate accidents to establish root causes and preventive measures.
• Document accidents, safety violations, and unsafe conditions.
• Assist in developing JSA, SHMP, and PSSP; conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Demonstrate equipment use and conduct safety training.
