Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in safety, engineering, or construction management.
• 8+ years in progressive HSE roles within construction/heavy industrial settings.
• Minimum 5 years leading HSE programs and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of HSE programs across projects.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, local, and client requirements.
• Manage incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate environmental inspections, reporting, and corrective actions.
• Oversee contractor prequalification, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
