Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking an HS&E Advisor to lead professional Health, Safety, and Environment practices at assigned sites across North America. You will provide expert advice to operations teams and clients, guiding HS&E personnel and applying knowledge of safety standards with minimal supervision.

The role includes mentoring coordinators, conducting hazard assessments, and driving data-driven safety improvements while supporting return-to-work and preventive measures.

Qualifications

• One or more years of practical HS&E experience; telecom experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to communicate persuasively and influence stakeholders across project levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hazard assessments, inspections, and audits; report findings and verify corrective actions.
• Provide on-site guidance to operations management on HS&E programs and emergency response.
• Mentor HS&E Coordinators and Advisors to improve safety processes.
• Assess corrective actions from incidents, inspections, and audits; analyze safety data for improvements.
• Lead complex incident investigations; identify root causes and train teams on investigations.
• Support supervisors in managing injuries/illnesses and return-to-work processes.
