Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking an HS&E Advisor to lead professional Health, Safety, and Environment practices on assigned sites across North America. You will provide expert advice to operations and clients, mentor HS&E staff, and ensure compliance with safety systems.

The role combines on-site leadership with travel and hybrid work, requiring strong communication and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• One or more years of practical HS&E experience; telecom exposure preferred.
• Ability to communicate persuasively and influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to pass pre-access requirements (drug screen, background).
• Strong knowledge of safety management systems and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hazard assessments, inspections, and audits and report findings.
• Provide on-site HS&E guidance to operations and clients.
• Mentor HS&E Coordinators and Advisors on safety processes.
• Collect and analyze safety data to recommend improvements.
• Lead complex incident investigations and train teams.
