Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services in North America seeks an HS&E Advisor to lead health, safety, and environment practices at assigned sites. You provide expert advice to operations teams and clients, applying safety management systems and industry standards across diverse work environments.

You will conduct hazard assessments, audits, and incident investigations, mentor HS&E staff, and report on safety data while supporting return-to-work and preventive measures. Travel up to 50–75% is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of HS&E experience; telecommunications experience preferred.
• Formal OH&S education is an asset.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead hazard assessments, inspections, and audits and report findings.
• Provide HS&E guidance to operations management on programs and safety systems.
• Mentor HS&E Coordinators and Advisors to improve processes.
• Collect data, assess corrective actions, and recommend safety improvements.
• Lead complex incident investigations and train operations teams on best practices.
• Support supervisors in managing injuries and return-to-work processes.
