Ledcor Technical Services is seeking an HS&E Advisor to lead professional Health, Safety, & Environment practices at assigned sites across North America. You will provide expert advice to operations teams and clients, guiding HS&E personnel with minimal supervision.

The role involves hazard assessments, incident investigations, and mentoring HS&E staff, with up to 50%–75% travel and a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• One or more years of practical HS&E experience; telecommunications experience preferred.
• Formal OH&S education is an asset.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to communicate persuasively and influence stakeholders across project levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform hazard assessments, inspections, and audits and report findings.
• Provide on-site HS&E guidance to operations management.
• Mentor HS&E coordinators and advisors.
• Collect and analyze safety data to recommend improvements.
• Lead complex incident investigations and train teams on processes.
