Job summary

Ledcor is seeking an HS&E Advisor to lead professional HS&E practices across multiple worksites across the United States. You will apply OSHA regulations and safety management systems, providing expert advice to operations with minimal supervision.

This site-based role requires travel and a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities include hazard assessments, on-site guidance, data reporting, incident investigations, and supporting return-to-work programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of practical HS&E experience in construction, heavy civil or telecom.
• OSHA 10 and 30-hour instructor credentials are assets.
• In-depth understanding of OSHA regulations, preferably 29 CFR 1926.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across project levels.
• Must pass pre-access requirements including clean driver's abstract and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Hazard assessments, inspections, and audits: develop hazard assessments and conduct audits, reporting findings and corrective actions.
• OSH&E process guidance: provide on-site guidance to operations on HS&E programs and safety systems.
• Data collection and reporting: assess effectiveness of corrective actions and analyze safety data to drive improvements.
• Incident management: lead complex incident investigations and train teams on processes.
• Injury/illness management: support supervision in managing injuries and return-to-work processes.
