Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking an Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) Advisor to lead professional HS&E practices across multiple worksites in the United States. You will report to the HS&E Manager and apply knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems with minimal supervision.

This is a site-based role requiring travel to different sites. Essential responsibilities include hazard assessments, on-site guidance for HS&E programs, data-driven reporting, complex incident investigations,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of practical experience in construction, heavy civil or telecom as an HS&E professional.
• OSHA 10 and 30-hour instructor certification assets.
• In-depth understanding of OSHA regulations, preferably 29 CFR 1926.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication to persuade and influence stakeholders at all project levels.
• Ability to pass pre-access requirements including a clean driver’s abstract and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Hazard assessments, inspections, and audits; identify unsafe conditions and report findings.
• HS&E process guidance; advise operations on programs, emergency response, metrics, safety systems.
• Data collection and reporting; analyze safety data and recommend improvements.
• Incident management; lead investigations and train teams on processes.
• Occupational injury/illness management; monitor return-to-work and preventive measures.
