Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. seeks an HS&E Advisor to lead Health, Safety and Environment practices at assigned work sites. You will advise operations teams and clients, apply safety systems, and support HS&E personnel with minimal supervision.

You will conduct hazard assessments, audits, incident investigations, and data analysis to drive improvements. The role requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and willingness to travel across Ledcor sites.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of practical HS&E experience; telecommunications experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across project levels and promote HS&E compliance.
• Able to pass pre-access requirements including drug screen and driver's abstract.

Responsibilities

• Hazard assessments, inspections and audits; identify unsafe conditions and verify corrective actions.
• HS&E process guidance for on-site operations and emergency response planning.
• Mentorship and support for HS&E Coordinators and Advisors.
• Data collection and reporting; analyze safety data to recommend improvements.
• Lead complex incident investigations and train operations teams on processes.
• Support supervision in injury/illness management and return-to-work processes.
