Ledcor Construction, Inc. seeks an HS&E Advisor to apply professional HS&E practices at multiple worksites across the United States, reporting to the HS&E Manager.

You will use OSHA regulations and safety-management knowledge to advise operations teams, drive corrective actions, and ensure regulatory compliance with minimal supervision. This is a site-based role with extensive travel requirements.

Formación

• 2+ years of practical experience in construction, heavy civil or telecom HS&E.
• OSHA 10 and 30-hour instructor credentials are assets.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, preferably 29 CFR 1926.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to influence stakeholders and ensure HS&E compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct hazard assessments, inspections and audits on sites.
• Provide on-site HS&E guidance to operations management.
• Collect and analyze safety data to drive improvements.
• Lead incident investigations and train teams on processes.
• Support return-to-work and preventive safety measures.
