Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking an HS&E Advisor to lead safety programs at mine and heavy civil sites across multiple project locations in the United States.

You will provide expert guidance to operations teams, conduct hazard assessments, and lead incident investigations while ensuring compliance with MSHA regulations. Travel to diverse sites is required; you will mentor HS&E personnel, develop action plans from audits, and promote a culture of safety through data-driven follow-up and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of practical HS&E experience in mining or related industries.
• Solid understanding of MSHA regulations and 30 CFR.
• MSHA Blue Card or equivalent OH&S certification is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications for reporting and data management.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and ensure HS&E compliance across all project levels.

Responsabilités

• Conduct hazard assessments, inspections, and audits to identify unsafe conditions and verify corrective actions.
• Provide on-site guidance to operations on HS&E programs and incident response.
• Coordinate inspections, focus audits and investigations of incidents.
• Monitor compliance with leading and lagging indicators including subcontractors.
• Lead complex incident investigations and train teams on investigation processes.
