Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking an HS&E Advisor to lead professional HS&E practices at multiple site locations across the United States. The role reports to the HS&E Manager and requires extensive travel, with strong guidance on OSHA regulations and safety management systems.

The candidate will provide expert recommendations to operations teams, monitor corrective actions from incidents and audits, and ensure compliance with HS&E standards at diverse worksites.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 and 30-hour instructor certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, preferably 29 CFR 1926.
• Proven ability to communicate persuasively with stakeholders at all project levels.

Responsibilities

• Hazard Assessments, Inspections, and Audits: identify unsafe conditions and verify corrective actions.
• HS&E Process Guidance: advise operations on program implementation and emergency response.
• Data Collection and Reporting: analyze safety data and recommend improvements.
• Incident Management: lead investigations and train teams on processes.
• Injury/Illness Management: support return-to-work and preventive measures.
