Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales within a defined territory and grow new business. You will join a high-performance team, participate in our renowned training program, and present HRO solutions to HR and executive decision-makers to improve employees’ benefits offerings.

You will manage multiple sales processes, document progress, and collaborate with internal partners to drive adoption of ADP solutions across clients.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (field sales preferred).
• Military experience can help build teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
• Attend our award-winning training program and present ADP solutions to clients.
• Cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers to set appointments and gather leads.
• Document sales processes and manage multiple deals through implementation.
