ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales and win new business within a defined territory. You will participate in ADP’s training program and work with both new and existing clients to present HR solutions that improve employees’ benefits and operations.

Daily tasks include lead development, meetings with HR and executive decision-makers, and guiding deals through the sales process from first contact to implementation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated drive to start and finish sales cycles with minimal supervision.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in outside B2B sales.
• Ability to stay motivated under pressure and maintain client focus.
