Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in a defined territory. You will close sales, win new business, and participate in ADP's training while collaborating with teams to deliver HR solutions and benefits offerings across hire-to-retire.

You will build relationships with HR leaders and executives, manage multiple deals, and guide opportunities from lead to implementation while earning competitive rewards and development opportunities within ADP.

Qualifications

• College degree is nice but not required; strong job skills matter more.
• Three years of B2B sales experience in a results-driven environment is a plus.
• Ability to develop a network and engage decision-makers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
• Attend training and collaborate with internal partners to present ADP solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers; set appointments and gather leads.
• Follow the sales process from prospecting through implementation and post-sale support.
