ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in a hybrid role. You will close sales within a defined territory, present ADP HR solutions to decision-makers, and grow the client base while leveraging internal referrals.

The position emphasizes strong training, advancement opportunities, and a competitive compensation plan. You will manage multiple deals across stages, collaborate with ADP teams, and strive to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Qualifications

• College degree is great but not required.
• Three years of B2B sales experience preferred (field sales).
• Military experience can help with teamwork, resilience and negotiation.
