Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a diligent HRIT Analyst in Houston to support Workday HR modules, security, and integrations. You will work with HR and Payroll teams, prepare specs, and help maintain system configurations throughout the project lifecycle.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, test plans, and data governance, with a focus on data integrity and regulatory compliance in an enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of HRIT technical experience supporting Workday HR modules such as Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Talent, Learning or Recruitment
• Workday Security, Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Data migrations and Workday integrations with Studio, BIRT, EIB and Core Connectors
• Familiar with Workday's business process framework
• Demonstrated experience across the project lifecycle: requirements, use cases, test plans

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues to identify root causes
• Support HRIT systems by maintaining organizations, setup data and security roles
• Create User Requirements Specification documents and Functional Specification documents
• Provide input into project scope documents and plans
• Collaborate with HR Systems to develop optimal solutions
• Track and resolve tickets/inquiries on a day-to-day basis
• Maintain Workday integrations within SCI ecosystems and third-party vendors
• Design and execute test plans ensuring quality of data and security
