Job summary

Houston Methodist seeks a Workday Technical Analyst to design, configure, integrate, and support the Workday platform, translating business needs into secure, scalable solutions. You will partner with IT leadership and vendors to ensure data integrity and system reliability.

The role requires strong Workday knowledge, ERP integration experience, and the ability to optimize processes aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or four additional years of experience required in lieu of degree.
Five years IT experience to include three years in a senior level engineer, analyst or consultant role; Workday project team experience satisfies requirements.
3 years of experience in ERP integration.
Experience with Workday, Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
Experience integrating Workday with third‑party systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with business and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provides technical guidance and training to peers and end users on Workday functionality, integrations, and reporting.
Builds strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure aligned priorities and efficient problem resolution.
