Socket.dev is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our Talent & Culture team in West Des Moines, Iowa. You will provide Workday technical and functional expertise across HCM and FIN modules, maintain employee data, and ensure HRIS processes meet legal and reporting requirements.

You will design workflows, perform data uploads, and support compliance, while collaborating with teammates to improve processes. The role requires 3+ years Workday experience and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years working directly with Workday HCM; 3 years Workday FIN helpful.
• Workday Adaptive and integration experience helpful.

Responsibilities
