Job summary

SRS Heritage Group seeks a Workday Analyst to optimize HRIS processes across payroll, talent management, recruiting, and more. You will configure, update and improve Workday modules, driving efficiency and better user experience in a Best-in-Class HR team at our McKinney corporate office.

The role requires strong Workday proficiency, security governance, and the ability to train users while partnering with HR and IT to deliver reliable HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Workday PRO Certification or 3+ years experience in one or more Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Performance/Talent).
• Strong technical aptitude with Workday and proven HR data handling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across HR, payroll, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize HRIS Workday systems in a service-oriented environment to align with goals and improve operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure, update, and continuously improve Workday processes.
• Serve as a Workday SME for HR, payroll, talent management, recruiting, and learning.
• Implement and maintain robust security protocols within the Workday environment.
• Lead initiatives to streamline HR processes using Workday features for better user experience.
• Execute timely system updates in Workday modules like HCM, compensation, and time tracking.
• Develop and deliver targeted training sessions for end-users to maximize system utilization.
• Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
