Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Integrations & Reporting Analyst - HR Systems to drive data flow between HRIS platforms, build reliable reports, and support business decisions. You will work with HR, IT, and external vendors to design integrations, develop data mappings, and create dashboards across HR, Finance, and Operations.

The role requires strong SQL, Excel, and BI tooling skills, plus experience with Workday, iCims, and WFM. A four-year degree and 4+ years in HR technology are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• 4+ years of hands-on HRIS/HR technology experience focusing on integrations and reporting.
• Strong experience with HR platforms such as Workday, iCims, and WFM.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and test HR system integrations (HR, payroll, ATS, benefits, timekeeping).
• Create, customize, and manage reports and dashboards using native tools and BI platforms.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and document processes, data dictionaries, and report logic.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and vendors to align systems and processes.
