Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking an HR Systems Analyst I to support the configuration, optimization, and performance of HR technology systems, delivering a reliable team member experience. This role handles standard configuration, testing, data validation, and issue resolution while working with senior analysts and product managers.

You will partner with HR, Technology, and business teams to translate needs into system solutions and contribute to ongoing improvement across the HR

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supporting HR technology systems with configuration, testing, and data validation.
• Experience with Workday or similar HR systems is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, IS, analytics, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain standard HR technology functionality to support business processes.
• Collaborate with Product Management to clarify needs and translate requirements into system configurations.
• Evaluate new system capabilities, test AI-enabled features, and document value and risks.
• Create and maintain system documentation, reports, and dashboards; ensure data integrity.
