Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union in Sandy, UT is seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst III to architect and optimize enterprise HR technology solutions, ensuring data integrity and scalable, secure systems across the HR ecosystem.

You will partner with Product Managers and business leaders, lead complex configurations and integrations, and mentor HR system administrators to deliver high-impact improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience supporting HR technology systems or similar platforms.
• Experience configuring and supporting multiple functions within enterprise HR systems such as Workday, LMS platforms, ServiceNow, or similar technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, analytics or related field or 3 combined years of progressive equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish configuration standards and architect highly complex HR technology solutions.
• Lead design and support of system enhancements, integrations, and automation affecting multiple functions.
• Serve as the technical lead for enterprise HR technology initiatives and major implementations.
