Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Systems Analyst to support and enhance HR systems for internal teams and external clients. You will handle maintenance, onboarding, testing, reporting, and training while ensuring effective adoption of technology solutions.

The role is client-facing and requires strong communication, troubleshooting, and collaboration across departments to deliver reliable HRIS and related platforms. Fluency in English and adaptable schedules are valued.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in a customer support, systems support, or related role.
• Experience in PrismHR preferred.
• Knowledge of the PEO industry and co-employment concepts.
• Experience with PrismHR or similar PEO/ASO software platforms.
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and payroll policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day system maintenance and client onboarding support.
• Identify gaps and recommend practical improvements to HR systems.
• Develop and deliver end-user training materials and sessions.
• Document defects and issues for timely resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of system functionality and releases.
• Develop and validate custom reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to enhance HRIS solutions.
• Promote effective system utilization and adoption.
