Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in a customer support, systems support, or related role.
• Experience in PrismHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day system maintenance and operational activities, including global imports and client onboarding support.
• Identify gaps or limitations created by system constraints and recommend solutions or process improvements.
• Develop and deliver end-user training materials and sessions.
• Identify, document, and escalate defects and issues to support timely resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of system functionality, updates, and new releases.
• Assist in developing and validating custom reports for operational decisions, compliance, and client requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to enhance HRIS and HR technology solutions.
