Job summary

Airbus Americas is seeking a Senior HRIS Specialist to lead functional Workday HCM products and oversee major HRIS initiatives across North America. You will partner with HRBPs, CoEs and IT to translate complex HR strategy into automated enterprise solutions that scale.

The role requires extensive experience in HRIS deployments, Workday, and project management, with the ability to drive governance, testing, and stakeholder alignment across multiple sites including Grand Prairie, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/IS/Business or related field.
• Experience leading HRIS projects with Workday HCM modules.
• Strong knowledge of HR data governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own functional Workday HCM products and lead strategic HRIS initiatives for North America.
• Manage project governance, roadmaps, and release planning with stakeholders and IT teams.
• Lead testing/validation, UAT, and enablement to ensure smooth deployments.
