Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior HRIS Specialist (Contract) to support North America HRIS initiatives, including Workday HCM and ServiceNow, with a focus on data quality and compliance. The role requires partnering with HR, IT and Legal to implement improvements from Miami and other North American sites.

The position demands 10+ years in HRIS and broad hands-on experience across full HCM lifecycle, including payroll and benefits, with strong vendor and project management skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Human Resources Management (required).
• 15 years of relevant work experience.
• 10+ years experience with HRIS implementations: HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Time Management, Payroll.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and maintain HRIS function for HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time, Payroll and Benefits.
• Transform HRIS roadmap onto Workday and ServiceNow and evaluate new HRIS technologies.
• Ensure system compliance with regulations, data security and privacy requirements.
• Lead HRIS projects; manage cross-functional dependencies with stakeholders.
• Provide reporting, analytics and support during audits.
