Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior HRIS Specialist (Contract) to drive Workday HCM capabilities and HRIS programming for North America, with Grand Prairie, TX a key location.

You will influence system design, collaborate with HR, IT and Legal, and manage transitions to new HRIS technologies. The role requires 15+ years of HRIS experience, deep Workday/Dayforce knowledge, and strong project leadership to ensure data accuracy and compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Human Resources Management is required.
• 15+ years of relevant HRIS work experience.
• 10+ years experience with HRIS implementations including HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Time Management and Payroll.
• Experience with Workday HCM Suite and/or Dayforce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain HRIS systems, including administration, development, maintenance and upgrades.
• Lead transformation of HRIS roadmap onto Workday and ServiceNow and new HRIS technologies.
• Design, configure, test HR processes and provide system solutions.
• Manage data quality, governance, and reporting for audits and compliance.
