Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior HRIS Specialist to lead Workday HCM strategy for North America, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking and Payroll.

This role reports to the Director HRIS for North America and collaborates across HR and IT to translate complex business needs into automated enterprise solutions. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in HRIS, 8+ years with Workday, and experience delivering large-scale projects using Agile or Waterfall.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in HRIS implementations.
• Experience with Workday HCM Suite and HRIS project delivery.

Mansioni

• Serve as senior functional Product Owner for Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time, Payroll).
• Lead technical HRIS projects from initiation to post‑go‑live stabilization and ensure regulatory data compliance.
• Architect and govern testing strategies, UAT, and enablement sessions for HR teams.
