THE ROLE

We have a contract opportunity for an HRIS Specialist with UKG experience. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our HR operations, contributing to the successful completion of our UKG implementation and accurate and efficient management of employee data and documentation. If you're a detail-oriented lover of data and organization, we encourage you to apply. This is a temporary position, estimated to be for 3-6 months. You will be able to work remotely on an 8-5 Eastern Time schedule.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

• Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Organize, validate and audit data for the successful transfer of information from one system to another using upload templates, vlookup and pivot tables.
• Upload and organize employee documents into UKG, including but not limited to new hire paperwork, performance reviews, training records, and termination documents.
• Compile policy documents for use with AI capabilities for employee and manager self-service.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee information and sensitive data.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

• Proven experience in an HR administrative or similar role.
• Proficiency with UKG software is required.
• Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
• Ability to utilize vlookup and pivot tables for data validation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
