We have a contract opportunity for an HRIS Specialist with UKG experience. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our HR operations, contributing to the successful completion of our UKG implementation and accurate and efficient management of employee data and documentation. If you're a detail oriented lover of data and organization, we encourage you to apply. This is a temporary position, estimated to be for 3-6 months. You will be able to work remotely on an 8-5 Eastern Time schedule.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Organize, validate and audit data for the successful transfer of information from one system to another using upload templates, vlookup and pivot tables.
Upload and organize employee documents into UKG, including but not limited to new hire paperwork, performance reviews, training records, and termination documents.
Compile policy documents for use with AI capabilities for employee and manager self-service.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee information and sensitive data.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
Proven experience in an HR administrative or similar role.
Proficiency with UKG software is required.
Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
Ability to utilize vlookup and pivot tables for data validation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
