  • Serve as project manager for all HRIS-related initiatives; establishing timelines, deliverables, and overseeing execution from start to finish
  • Improve system usability and support the transition to more robust manager and employee self-service platforms
  • Partner closely with global HR teams and cross-functional business leaders to identify system needs and translate them into actionable plans
  • Design and maintain an HR metrics dashboard; collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics and create clear, accessible reporting tools
  • Act as a key liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and functional teams to drive solutions and ensure alignment
  • Provide leadership in resolving technical issues, enhancing current functionality, managing upgrades, and implementing new systems
  • Champion adoption and lead communication, training, and change management for system implementations and enhancements
  • Optimize tools to improve HR processes, standardize practices, and drive efficiencies, while remaining responsive to business-specific needs
  • Build and maintain a customer-focused service model with clear operational standards and performance metrics for team accountability
  • Drive system integration and continuous improvement efforts across the HR technology landscape
  • Lead data governance efforts and ensure compliance with SOX and other relevant regulations
  • Develop business cases for new HR technology solutions that align with organizational priorities and oversee the implementation of selected tools
  • Create and deliver simple, effective training and resources for users across the organization
  • Establish and refine processes to ensure data integrity across all HR systems
  • Manage, coach, and develop HRIS team members, fostering a collaborative, service-oriented team culture

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience with HR systems, including deep expertise in SAP and SuccessFactors
  • At least 5 years of direct people management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development of HRIS or technical team members
  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage full system lifecycles, including business case development, vendor selection, implementation, and continuous improvement
  • Strong familiarity with additional HR technologies such as Kronos, ADP, iCIMS, and Cornerstone is highly desirable
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to build dashboards, analyze large data sets, and support strategic decision-making
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering results through cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across HR, IT, and business functions
  • Knowledge of data governance, compliance (including SOX), and system integrity best practices
