A leading company in the HR technology sector is seeking a Senior Analyst to enhance their Global HR Technology department. This role involves supporting and maintaining current systems, especially ADP, while also engaging in critical audits and system improvements. We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Global HR Technology department to supplement the ongoing work of the HRIT – ADP, Cornerstone and Fieldglass team. The Analyst will work to support, administer, and maintain our current systems, ADP in particular, as we embark on a multi-year process of transforming our technology platforms.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide production support, application maintenance and documentation
• Reviewing system updates/releases and communicating with impacted teams
• Communicating with other teams and downstream systems
• Assist with end user troubleshooting, including but not limited to researching and resolving system problems, system access issues, unexpected results, or process flaws
• Partner with team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
• Assist with developing/delivering/maintaining end user training and system documentation as needed.
• Audit policies and controls to ensure legal requirements are met and provide plan for compliance, as necessary.
• Perform hands on system configuration and development/scripting as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems through automation, process re-engineering and new/improved features
• Assisting with various ongoing audits
• Creating and maintaining user access accounts
• Importing large amounts of data
• Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with ADP Enterprise (preferably V6)
• Strong organization, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation
• Reliability and ability to maintain confidentially required
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to multitask in a highly dynamic environment with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong learning agility; able to learn new skills, processes, and technologies quickly
PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Human Resources or payroll functional knowledge a plus
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Experience with a case tracking system such as ServiceNow desired
• Knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP or other SaaS solutions a plus
EDUCATION:
High school graduation or GED required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
