HRIS Analyst
Position Overview
The HRIS Analyst plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to enhance HR operations and data management. This position is responsible for ensuring data integrity, providing end-user support, and optimizing HR processes through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HRIS systems, specifically Dayforce, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide end-user support and training for HR team members and employees utilizing the HRIS.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate data processing and reporting for payroll functions.
- Analyze HR data and generate reports to support decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Implement system upgrades and enhancements to streamline HR operations and improve user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Dayforce.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and HCM functions.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data and generate insightful reports.
- Proficient in providing end-user support and training on HRIS systems.
