HRIS Analyst

Position Overview

The HRIS Analyst plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to enhance HR operations and data management. This position is responsible for ensuring data integrity, providing end-user support, and optimizing HR processes through technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain HRIS systems, specifically Dayforce, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Provide end-user support and training for HR team members and employees utilizing the HRIS.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate data processing and reporting for payroll functions.
  • Analyze HR data and generate reports to support decision-making and improve HR processes.
  • Implement system upgrades and enhancements to streamline HR operations and improve user experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Dayforce.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and HCM functions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data and generate insightful reports.
  • Proficient in providing end-user support and training on HRIS systems.
