Optomi, in partnership with a global software provider, is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented SuccessFactors HRIS Analyst to join their HR Technology team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of their SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite, with a focus on Employee Central, Recruitment, and Performance & Goals. You’ll play a key role in both strategic system enhancements and day-to-day operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Configure and maintain key modules including Job Information, Compensation, Performance Review Cycles, and Recruitment workflows
• Manage eligibility rules and business rules (e.g., hiring conditions, data validations, event reasons)
• Administer and enhance Role-Based Permissions to ensure secure access and proper data governance aligned with organizational policies
• Perform mass EIB uploads for hires, terminations, salary changes, and master data updates
• Support and test data integrations and APIs with internal systems and third-party vendors (e.g., payroll, benefits, ATS)
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in SuccessFactors, Excel, and Power BI for leadership to see trends in hire rates, compensation changes, and ad hoc analysis.
• Conduct system testing, regression testing, and UAT for new configurations and releases

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
• Deep expertise in Employee Central, Recruitment, and Performance modules
• Strong understanding of business rules, eligibility logic, and workflow configuration
• Experience with EIB, APIs, and integration testing
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
